Summer 08 Favorite Outfit...

Today I spent time changing out my summer & winter clothes. Before it goes into the storage tub for the winter, I wanted to show you my Summer 08 fav outfit.


The lavender top is from Banana Republic, the white linen (lined) shorts are from Old Navy (!), & the gold sandals are Chinese Laundry from Ross. I probably have 5+ pairs of gold sandals so I rotate them. Very comfortable & classic!

My favorite shoes...

It would be safe to say that I have a very strong affinity for shoes - some would call it an obsession. I am always on the hunt for the perfect pair of black slingbacks. I have explained to hubby Jim Bob that "shoes are like works of art."

These David Aaron mules are my current favorite. Purchased from Macy's a few years back. David Aaron was at one time a division of Steve Madden - not sure they are still in production. Are they comfy? Absolutely not!! But they look great!!
